Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 40 days of refund the process. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of refund them.
SAHYOG PROJECT FINANCE INVESTMENT RETAIL does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end.

1. The loan maturity deposit is eligible for refund on the date of loan installment in the following month in case the loan is completed.

2. The loan security deposit can be deducted in the final installment of the loan.
3. In case of loan cancellation or rejection of the Cyclonuity deposit loan, the deposit will be eligible for refund within 40 days.
4. In the event of cancellation or rejection of the loan,no interest,
bonus or compensation shall be given on the amount given under the security of the loan.
5. The loan process can be from 1 to 50 days or more.
6. This receipt must be produced for loan security deposit refund in case ofloan cancellation or loan cancellation, deposit refund will not be eligible without original receipt.
7. If you make DSA Card and Pay the fees 2500/- so these payment is not refundable.
